Jeff Green

Director of Client Services

Jeff has been with SJV since 2007 and is currently leading the Client Services Department. In his role, Jeff’s focus is to ensure our clients have a positive experience as valued business partners and are receiving the highest level of service possible. Jeff previously served as SJV’s Processing Manager and Client Services Manager. This unique combination of experience allows him to inject his brand of leadership and knowledge of the industry across multiple departments, along with his understanding of customer needs and expectations. Jeff earned his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Emory University in 2015.

Nathaniel Borsh

Director of Sales

Nat started with SJV in 2013 as a Senior Sales Executive. Prior to that he worked as a Program Manager and Channel Sales Manager for one of the largest CRAs in the world. With roots in operations, he transitioned into roles dedicated to Business Development with a keen focus on Process Improvement and Pricing Efficiencies. He also served two consecutive terms as Chairman of the NAPBS Provider Advocacy Group driving objectives and projects to benefit the Furnisher Community. Nat brings more than a decade of screening industry experience and product knowledge to serve the Clients of SJV.

Matt Hodges

Director of Quality Assurance

Matt joined SJV in 2011 and currently serves as Quality Assurance Manager. Previously, Matt served as a Lead Processor in the Processing Department. Matt currently manages SJV’s Court Researcher network through a comprehensive Quality Management System and is responsible for ensuring the highest level of product quality, service time, accuracy, and ultimately client satisfaction. He is also responsible for working hand-in-hand with all departments to ensure SJV continues to meet the very highest quality standards.

Renee Henderson

Manager of International Affairs

Renee joined SJV in 2006, and now serves as Manager of International Solutions, which is responsible for all aspects of the International Division’s operations’. These duties include acting as a liaison between SJV and the clients who utilize our international services. Also as Manager of International Solutions, she oversees the International Processing team and is responsible for its daily productivity. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs.

Wade Hudson

Processing Manager

Wade joined SJV in 2013, and his risen through our ranks in various leadership roles. A keen attention to detail and personal accountability led to his recent promotion as Processing Manager. He helps guide SJV’s business motor by driving results to customers in the timeliest and most efficient methods possible. Prior to joining SJV, Wade served four years in the United States Marines, and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University.
